Specialist Shops

As well as the usual shops you'd expect in a small town - Costcutter, Co-op, Boots, Lloyds Pharmacy, One Stop, a charity shop or two (well, 5 actually) and a couple of betting shops and an excellent shoe shop - Dawlish has a variety of unique specialist shops, which I'm in the process of listing here.


Dawlish shops can offer you everything from bicycles to buckets or shrimping nets to slippers, so come and see what you can find.

Food Shops

Unlike many small towns Dawlish boasts a good variety of food shops, including a butcher, greengrocer, two bakeries, delicatessen and health food shop. Enough to allow you to do a complete shop. So why not give the supermarket a miss for once, and get some REAL food for a change?
